So they figured out a band-aid fix for the part now on to work on repairing their reputation.  I still think the delays in resolving this problem were because they wanted to find the cheapest solution to “fix” your gas pedal.

NFL backs down on enforcing Who Dat claim, for... →
After some vocal political opposition to the NFL enforcing their trademark claim of the phrase “Who Dat” they have backed down on the attempt to stop local t-shirt shops from selling items with the phrase. Intellectual property rights have now officially gone off the rail in New Orleans.   To even consider that the term “Who Dat” as trademarkable is absurd at best.  Oh well, as the world crumbles around intellectual property disputes and the Saints head to the Super Bowl I will wear my #whodat shirt from Storyville proudly knowing I am supporting two causes.

Apple iPad
Yesterday Apple announced the widely speculated tablet format device that they have named the iPad. However much potential this device has across various sectors (medical, education, aviation etc…) it appears that the name, not the specs, is getting the most attention. Personally I think the name fits the device, an “Internet Notepad”. Unfortunately like the iPhone it will take...
